I cannot thank the entire team from Vital Vet enough for the support, love and care over the last 8weeks with our Penny Puppy and her broken leg. From the initial consultation to the end Penny (we) was main priority and we felt important with every visit. The Vital Vet team is a team with care factor.
What an amazing and caring team you have especially Dr Jen & Katie. Thank you for all the care and love you showed Lucky. He absolutely loved coming to visit everyone even though most of the time he would get a needle of some sort or some kind of operation he was never afraid because he knew that you all cared so much. His cheeky grin when we parked the car it was as if to say I know I’m going to get a lolly but I will alway let Dr Jen think she has hurt me cause even though I wouldn’t bite her I would still turn to make her think I would. When the time came that we had to have him put to sleep the compassion and caring nature of everyone there was amazing not only for Lucky but for me too. Lucky & I can never thank you enough for everything you did for him & the love you showed him.
Am sad but thankful today; to Dr Barry from Vital Vet who was so thorough and caring in dealing with my pet hen. She had to be put down, but would not go anywhere else with my pets.
Thank you Dr Barry, Dr Jen and all the staff for your fantastic care of Mandy. Nothing is too much trouble and we really appreciate the lengths you go to in order to find the best treatments for her complex issues. This is the best practice we’ve ever had to take care of our pets and it’s well worth travelling up to Ellenbrook for consultations and treatments.
