We are open:
Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm.

We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

What happens if you are closed and my pet has an emergency?

If you’re worried about your pet just give us a call on 62967711 and even though we are closed you will be diverted to Perth Veterinary Emergency (PVE) where you can discuss your concerns with one of their staff and they will advise you whether you need to come in for a consultation. Your other option is to go directly to an after hours emergency centre

Pet insurance - does my pet need it?

Pet insurance is one of the most important considerations. It is always our recommendation to have your pets insured. Pet insurance gives you peace of mind for when there are any unexpected emergencies, long term illness or even short term treatments. Please note that not all insurance companies are the same and it is important to check if it is right for you. link

How do I book my pet in for a surgical procedure?

All our surgeries are performed Monday to Friday. Admissions are between 8.00 and 8.45am. To book any surgical procedure please give the clinic a call on 62967711 to organise a day and time that is convenient for you.

The admission process on the day with a veterinary nurse will take approximately 10 minutes. Discharge times are dependent on the type and length of surgery. One of our nurses will be in contact with you during the day to organise a discharge time.

What pet foods do you sell and why?

The Royal Canin Vetcare range and Prime100 are our preferred foods. There are many pet foods on the market with varying quality. The majority of these foods meet a minimum standard with respect to ingredients.

With the Royal Canin Vetcare and Prime100 diets, nutrition is optimised. Research and development is continuously applied to their diets and this provides your pet with a food that has superior nutritional value. We also have a range of prescription diets for patients that have specific needs.

Do you provide boarding facilities?

No, unfortunately we do not have the facilities to board any pets. The hospital is used for hospital patients only. Our staff can provide you with a list of boarding facilities that are available.

Do you provide grooming services?

We do not have a professional dog or cat groomer on site. For those dogs and cats that will not allow standard grooming this can be performed under sedation at our hospital. Please speak to our staff for more details.
